[diversity] [fedora-diversity] Issue #11: Events planning through out the year like FWD

I am thinking about two things for this ticket -
1. Add the existing events to Diversity Team Fedocal so we know when they are around and
begin our planning for them i.e. generating content pre and post event for CommBlog
2. Send out a call to community via CommBlog or ML, whichever appropriate asking them
about local events they think are relevant to this discussion.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
