Unfortunately, I emailed flock-staff(a)fedoraproject.org, and they
explained that remote video or audio will not be possible.

Therefore, I am going to record a video snippet for Justin to play, and
get it to him by Saturday night at the latest.
I am thinking of structuring my video as follows:
- Self-Introduction
- Experiences in FOSS community (good and bad)
- Ideas for improvement in Fedora
