Nope as we have to avoid putting our branding to it, so that our distribution can be derived. That is why there never goes any logo, fedora trademark etc there.
One of the main things downstream distributions seem to do is replace the wallpaper — see Korora or Chapeau. I'd like to at least consider the possiblity of moving the main wallpaper to a fedora-specific package to give us more flexibility.
Of course, only if it works visually.
