Hi,

Ah okay. I think the reason this is becoming a firedrill now whereas
it
never was before is that this hasnt always been an alpha criterion, maybe
only the past 2-3 releases. Traditionally we'd considered ourselves in
super bonus awesome shape if we had something for alpha; we shifted our
schedule earlier to do this regularly to get more feedback on the artwork.
++
We never had it before that we are blocker and we had several releases,
where we had no wp ready for alpha. I am a little bit shocked about it, I
had no time to look into the logs of the readiness meeting as I had an
event during the whole weekend (Friday-Sunday) and was yesterday out in the
province, Kampong Cham for a meeting at a school.
From my knowledge, we had the wp ready and packaged so what is it now?
