Mozilla Drumbeat Badges

Hi!

I was at drumbeat.org festival and
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Drumbeat/Badges seems very similar to what
was discussed in #f-d last time I participated in a weekly meeting.

So I thought I'd drop that in here :)

I was also in Drumbeat festival and Mozilla Badges are eagerly willing
to collaborate with us on creation of common base-badge system.

This could also be of extreme help for the idea of having metal badges
for each sub-project of fedora and a generic contributor t-shirt as a
base.
