That does not seem like any reason to hold up the package review.
Especially since it's not specific to the new backgrounds; that bug is
filed against the F36 backgrounds.
Also, from the list at
https://docs.pagure.org/fedora-sponsors/all ,
you're not a sponsor, which means you can't actually approve the new
package. That's why I asked if a sponsor can do so.
Sigh, never mind on that part. Too early in the morning. I was
remembering the process wrong. Of course any packager can review it as
Luya is already sponsored, duh.
