It's only visible for single second on my dual monitors before
locking and not visible in the time it takes my monitors to wake up
so as I said it kinda does not make sense.
Should notifications really wake up the screen and aren't that
just subscription on battery drainage?
Notifications on the lock screen are optional (and if I remember
correctly, not enabled by default). So presumably, if you've
configured notifications on the lock screen, you're voluntarily
electing this battery usage.
