This is so incredibly asinine. Look, you want what you want because
you want it. The only possible way to win this particular bunfight is
to admit the irrationality of the position. Because otherwise you have
to say:
Users rebooting to Windows having fucked up time for possibly an hour
until Windows resync's time and updates the clock, and then they
reboot Linux and the journal log has fucked up time until chrony kicks
in and updates things, IS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT, THIS IS PERFECT.
Well, not really, as anaconda still keeps the system clock in local
time if you install alongside Windows, AIUI. But doing it when Windows
isn't involved seems pretty dumb.
