The term "module" here means yum/rpm-md repo right? In that case, sure.
But I think "AtomicWS" shouldn't be considered derived at a binary or
specification (i.e. rpm-ostree treefile)
level from Atomic Host because the latter contains a bunch of server stuff
such as ceph that doesn't make sense to be installed by default.
Just a note, rawhide libvirt converted its storage drivers to dlopen'able
modules with RPM packaging to match, so libvirt doesn't have to pull in the
storage world anymore.
