Icon for application/x-rar is missing?

Hi all,

Application/x-rar mimetype icon is using default gnome-icon. I'm not
sure is this done on purpose or a bug.

Leon, please file bugs for things like this even if you aren't sure it's 
a bug.  One of the possible ways to close a bug is "NOTABUG".

In this specific case, I believe it is a bug, and should be fixed. 
Please file it.

Thanks. I just don't want to report a bug that people do not think it is
a bug.

Why not?  That's what Bugzilla is for.  If it's not a bug, we'll just 
close it.  No harm done.
