Hi all,
as usual we have upcoming elections, but we won't have FAmSCo elections
this time.
Instead we will have elections for the new Fedora Mindshare Committee [1],
which is not only for ambassadors but also for other outreach teams like
Marketing
Mindshare has appointed and elected seats, similar to the Council, and
Marketing will have one seat.
Each outreach team will make its own process to choose the representatives,
but we need them by the end of the election period.
Please keep in mind that the new Mindshare Committee needs to define many
processes in the first months, that means having experienced
representatives within Mindshare will be helpful to have success.
Once you have appointed your representative, please open an issue in the
Mindshare pagure [2] where you communicate who will be in charge for
Marketing.
For any questions or doubts please reply to this topic.
Thank you.

Hi Matthew,
I was discussing the Marketing ticket #257 [1] that is about a podcast
serie. We agreed that a pilot chapter will be a great idea, and the first
topic (you can see the topics in the ticket) is an interview with you. I
want to know your feedback and, if possible, your avaliability to do this
interview this year. We need to figure it out where to publish (there is no
marketing page more than magazine, but magazine is not a FTP), I was
thinking in use my personal fp.o under a podcast page [2]
Let me know what do you think about it.
Br,

Join us on irc.freenode.net in #fedora-meeting-1 for the Fedora 27
Final Release Readiness Meeting meeting.
The meeting is going to be held on Thursday, Oct 26, 2017 at 19:00
UTC. Please check the [1] link for your time zone.
We will meet to make sure we are coordinated and ready for the Final
release of Fedora 27. Please note that this meeting is going to be
held even if the release is delayed at the Go/No-Go meeting on the
same day two hours earlier.
You may received this message several times, but it is by purpose to
open this meeting to the teams and to raise awareness, so hopefully
more team representatives will come to this meeting. This meeting
works best when we have representatives from all of the teams.
For more information please check the [2] link.
