FUDCon Ride Board?

Where should people ask about getting carpooling to FUDCon?  Seems like
this list is more for organizing the event then people needing to figure
out how to/whether to attend.

I think here would be fine. It's not like we're swamped with traffic or
anything.

Food is set up, rooms are set up.  AV is available.

Resturant lists/reviews/maps are being worked up.

To my knowledge, we have not worked out:

Recording/broadcasting

Registration needs.  Do you guys need a table?  two?

Computing needs.  I'm looking into temporary accounts or another options.  
I will have *some* network ports marked.

I'll have one of my students available as a go-fer.

Which event is in which room.  Are the relative sizes of the 
developer and user groups established?

If someone in the descision making group wants to come by early to see the 
facilites, that's fine too.

Anything I'm missing that I need to know about?

If it helps, I have a MiniDV/IEEE1394 camcorder that I could bring to
capture some of the talks.  I think it could be used to stream but have
never tried to do that.

Probably a good idea. Lets decide on Monday when Colin and I stop by to
look at the place.

Great!  Just DHCP and away you go...

I just measured 500 to 700 KB/s sustained rate out of the university
network to two different locations.  I assume that is fast enough.

There are some free ports in the walls.  We are looking into wireless, but 
no promisies on that.
