F21 Beta release announcement

Hi marketing team/WGs,
me again - we're getting closer to Beta release. The readiness 
meeting is just one week away from now, it would be great to have
at least draft prepared.

I see, Joe already created Beta announcement page.

Btw. it was excellent work on Alpha, with WGs and everyone else
being involved! I expect we don't need much updates from Alpha,
just a bit extend it with more features, more details.

Jaroslav, you typically post the announcements on announce-list right? Do you have access
to the magazine. It might be good if you also post it at the same time to the magazine?

I'm cool with Jaroslav doing it (if he wants) but we should make part of 
the plan providing a nice HTML-ized version for him to drop in, then. 
Also happy to post it myself if Jaroslav is otherwise occupied. I should 
have thought of this last time...

Once we have announcement ready, the magazine version could be prepared in
advance. And my work would be only to publish it (this could be automated 
but in case something screws a lot during release and it should follow 
mail announcement).

Also for magazine, we can prepare nicer version with screenshots etc. But
I'd say it's thing for final.

No, I don't. For Alpha/Beta it's usually Kevin or Dennis. For final, it's
FPL - so it's going to be first time for Matt :). But I'm always around
at release time, so I can do Fedora magazine post. I don't have access as
far as I know.

Ok, so we have announcement in Wiki, I did a few edits today (especially
fixing final release), if anyone has anything, please take a look today.

As always, we will need text formatted version for the announcement.
Any volunteer? :).

For Magazine post, Draft is available. For Beta, we do not collect
screenshots but maybe it would be worth to have at least some graphics
there to make it less boring.

I promised Ryan to do the announcement post for magazine but I really 
don't care who's going to publish it :). Just I want more eyes and more

OK, I only care in the sense that we have overlap... we don't want to
wind up with two people trying to do the same thing, or no people trying
to do it.

I'll take this and put in a few screen shots. I need to get the alpha up
on a machine with slightly more reasonable resolution, though - 4K
screenshots probably aren't a reasonable representation of the normal
user's experience...

Better Beta. There could be changes. That's the reason why I said last time,
I prefer screenshots for final. As we do grab screenshots for websites etc.
and it does not change anymore. But in Magazine, it can really get boring.
Maybe for Beta just limited coverage, one, max two screens...

People are very interested in our leading-edge graphics stack -- I
think a few 4K screenshots would actually be well-received. (Hmmm --
maybe a whole separate article: "Fedora 21 Workstation in 4K HiDPI!")
