Meeting location moved to #fedora-mktg (NOT #fedora-meeting)

Rationale:

1. FESCo needs our timeslot in #fedora-meeting...
2. ...and we're all in #fedora-mktg anyway.

They'll be keeping an eye out for people who wander in for the Marketing 
meeting for a bit, and I've just updated the wiki documentation on 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Marketing_meetings#Meeting_details and 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Meeting_channel#Time_table.
