Hiya!
Since F22 Alpha is out of the door, I thought it'd be the right time to speak about what deliverables the marketing team needs to get ready for release. The release is in May, so we have enough info and time now.
** Flyers ** What flyers do we want? I was thinking of: - workstation flyer (I'll update the F21 one) - a "Fedora editions" flyer that'll have the three editions in it and some info about the other spins that are available - preferably with QR codes? - flyers for workstation/cloud - we didn't have these last time - do we want them?
** Stuff at the Fedora store ** I see the following already available: - caps - t-shirts - pub glass - water bottle
** Other stuff that ambassadors can use ** - one page release notes? - fedora cheat cube - I think this is already up to date
I think the flyers probably need most work. Is there anything else we should be working on that the community can use for release parties and events and such?

Ah! From that list, stuff we've still got to do/to check:
- cleanup marketing wiki from previous release - cycle marketing wiki pages for current release ^ which pages are these referring to? screenshots would be one, what else?
- create talking points - proposed changes profiles
- review ff bookmarks - one page release notes - brief ambassadors on upcoming release - I don't know if I've ever seen us doing this - what does it entail? what do we need to prepare for this item?
- beta announcement - final screenshots - final one page release notes - brief new distribution network - monitor sites for corrections and comments - GA announcement
I can get started on the screenshots, some of the flyers (not mentioned on that page) once we know which ones we want and the talking points (would be similar to the alpha announcement but in more detail?) right away.
Does it make sense to open trac tickets for these so that people can take up items and we can track progress?

Yes. These (the things I linked to) are historically the "must haves" and the flyers are secondary. Not saying don't do them, but let's keep an eye on the things marketing is actually committed to delivering. We've not been as on top of it this cycle.
Best,
