Article on rawhide branching

Hi Matthew,

I think it is worth writing about Fedora21 branched from rawhide and how 
one should/can point to Fedora21 or Fedora22.
There is lot of confusion and issues happening around it(threads on 
fedora-test list).

We can refer

while writing the article.
If you want I can write a blog post and that can be published.
