F25 general release announcement on Magazine

Hi all,

I created an empty "shell" article called "Fedora 25 released!" on the
Magazine.  It's set up with the appropriate URL already.  You can use
this article to create the official announcement that we'll link
everywhere possible.

The content is *not* in the article yet.  It's just a placeholder for
now, but ready to have content added any time you're ready.

This is still a shell. We have content at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/F25_general_release_announcement — I am
going to move that over and work on final edits, but I want to make
sure it's coordinated and I'm not stepping on anyone's toes....
