Hello all,
It's been a while since the poll about finding a 2016 meeting time went out, and I'd like to make a new proposal for getting the meetings back on the map.
http://whenisgood.net/fedora/marketing/2016/newmeeting/results/z98a2ky
Based on the responses received, the time that worked best was Wednesdays at 17:00 UTC. This time didn't work for jzb and myself, but was ideal for the largest number of people. I was able to change my schedule around slightly to make this time slot work for me.
Therefore, I would like to make a "save the date!" announcement about planning the next Marketing meeting.
* 2016-02-17, Wednesday, at 22:00 UTC (5:00pm US EST) * Reviving Marketing 2016 meeting
Before this meeting, I plan to create a template page for an agenda on the wiki, which we can all share to make sure important discussion topics are hit.
If you are available at this time, it would be appreciated if you could attend so we can try to get Marketing efforts rolling a little more smoothly in 2016.
Thanks all!

Before this meeting, I plan to create a template page for an agenda on the wiki, which we can all share to make sure important discussion topics are hit.
In order to avoid to add further pages in the wiki, I'm going to file a ticket for the agenda, Everyone can add o discuss about that directly over there.
If you are available at this time, it would be appreciated if you could attend so we can try to get Marketing efforts rolling a little more smoothly in 2016.
Thanks all!
For me it's OK, I'm ready for a new start. See you. Gabri

Sounds good -- once you have the ticket created, shoot it back on the list and I'll make sure to add my idea for a mock agenda there.
For me it's OK, I'm ready for a new start. See you.
Me too -- I'm looking forward to this.
Hopefully see you all then!

I won't be able to make it, but I did want to note that one way to set up the agenda is to use the active tickets in the queue. If there are too many to do this, that's a good sign the queue needs to be cleaned, and that activity might make a good agenda item. :-)
Agree with Paul.
Cheers, Sylvia

For reference purposes, what's worked for us in CommOps is ticket-based meetings in a format similar to this. We cover as many tickets as we can that are relevant for that week, and then we leave room for other recurring discussion topics as needed.

That looks good. Maybe trying it on marketing? What do you think?
