i agree with that point.
in fact, i prefer to create an arabic portal for fedora based on fedora
website itself or a subsidary of the main website.
Be aware that using the "fedora" name in a domain with content about
Fedora requires a license:

I seem to recall that there was someone who recently approached the
Board about an Arabic language domain, as required on this page. I
would think it's helpful to collaborate with them rather than building
a separate site and splitting the audience.
