Swag by Latam countries

As an idea of one of our contributors, we have decided to use Fudcon event
as central point of swag delivering, so we have created a table to fill the
needed swag by country in Latam, here you go the link
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Swag_LATAM_FY17

The deadline to fill this table will be August 8.

The most difficult thing here is to distribute an equitative quantity of
t-shirts. This should be discussed and decided on next meeting.

Also I think would be more fair to have the same quantities of other swag
(not t-shirts) for each and every country. I filled the table on the wiki
with the suggested numbers for each country (according to me).

I think that t-shirts and polos should not be included in that, crossing
t-shirts in some countries can be a little difficult.
My idea was related to stickers, pins, etc, but if you think is better,
go ahead :-)

As I say, here in .ar, the only active contributors are ezq (Ezequiel
Cardinali) and me, I don't know if someone is active a little bit
(please, let us know by replying that mail).
(P/D: I'll try to participate and assist all event as my budget and time
let me).

So, in .ar, we don't need to bring "a lot of things", and, seriously,
let's try to be just when distributing. I'm being honest with the
situation for .ar, and I'd like to help countries that are doing a good
job when joining people to the project (Brazil, Panamá, Perú, etc.)

that's wrong you have to bring some stuff and make Fedora Argentina 
grow.

I thought that when people said t-shirt, it was about fudcon t-shirt.
T-shirt are expensive and heavy to take as luggage.

I am not in favor to produce t-shirts as part of swag. There has been a
long time that we do not produce any t-shirts as swag. I don't think it
is a good moment to start again facing budget constrains. But it is
just my opinion.

I think the same. And as I say, for example, I don't have guarantee to
cross 10 or 20 t-shirts to my country without paying taxes for it.
When I threw the idea, it was thinking in stickers, printed discs, pins,
and all little things.

@echevemaster, hay alguna manera de que traigas también Swag para Venezuela
y nos los hagas llegar por colombia hasta la ciudad de cúcuta  (nosotros
nos encargamos de retirarlo luego), en esta oportunidad no hay
representación directa de Venezuela en el fudcon y casi todo lo que
teníamos lo gastamos en el Flisol de este año y la otra cosa es que nos
gustaría poder también compartir con otros embajadores en el país lo que se
pueda hacer llegar.

También me parece que los que son de otros países traten de coordinar con
alguien de un país vecino que si asista a ver que logística se puede
implementar para hacerles llegar material.

Si puedes usar algo interno en Colombia que sea más barato está bien, por
que en todo caso te estaría dando la dirección de la casa de alguien allí
para recibir el paquete.

¿Alguien podría hacer una "leyenda" de que es lo que significa cada
columna? Creo que USB puede ser una memoria flash, y que hangout un
poster, pero desconozco si estoy en lo cierto. Poster tampoco se lo que es.
