[APAC] Budget situation after Q3/FY2014 and Planning for FY2015

Hello my Ambassador fellows,

Happy New Year 2014! Best wishes to all my friends :)

Please kindly check out APAC budget situation after Q3 [1].
After Q3, we will have some budget left to put to FAD APAC (in planning)
and FOSSASIA 2014 [2] travel subsidy support.

Please start making your plan for events and activities in FY2015 (from
Mar 2014 to Feb 2015). It should be summarized into APAC budget plan and
proposed to FAmSCo before getting approval from Fedora budget owner.
Please do it asap then we have enough time to discuss and finalize all
during FAD APAC.

We need to finish the first draft of Budget Planning for FY2015 and
propose to FAmSCo and Budget Owner at the end of January.
So if you have any events, activities or just ideas, please discuss with
me to put into the APAC Budget Plan. They should be feasible ones since we
missed a lot things in this FY2014.

- To confirm about our recent event "Fedora Introduction and Fedora 20 
Release Event, in Yangon, Myanmar", I didn't request any budget for it 
as we were willing to make it by our own for our very first event. We 
may request budget in the future by the situations we may encounter.

- And we, Myanmar Team, will discuss with you for further events.

There is no response to my message until now.

If you need funds to make and events/activities in FY2015 (Mar 2014-Feb 2015),
please plan them now. The deadline is this Saturday, Jan 25, 2014.
After that, we can not do anything to support you. All fund requests out of
plan in FY2015 will be simply rejected, sorry.
