There are some additions coming to the Trademark Guidelines addressing
OEM pre-loads. I had these prepared at the beginning of June and
didn't get them published before all my travel, but that should be
fixed shortly. Keep a watch on that page if you want to be advised
when the change occurs.

In particular, refer to sections 5.6.3 and 6.1.3.
