Sorry, my answer was a little harsh.

I was not blaming anyone (the existing page certainly needs
imrpovements), I just didn't understand the motives behind the
creation of a new page.

Maybe I missed some thing in the thread when this was discussed (it
might be because it was a reply to a digest, which I don't read), if
so, I'm sorry.

I was joking, don't mind. :)

The motive was not to disturb an existing page of such importance
and once the new page is edited, re-edited and done,
copy the improvements over to the new page.
However, now I noticed that both point to the same page. ;)

Yep, he partially missed this etiquette himself, I am going to give
him a lecture on this (god bless the poor sole). :D
