today's status:

I have extracted and going though the code.
during package installation it is asking to create new user "itamar"

and installation fails.

created a new user "itamar" in my pc and installed this package.

this program need to be run as root

reason: there is a tab under which it contains a program to start a
server(creating a socket file) and in fedora in order to start any
server(create a socket) user have to be root.
 updated: using shell script before 'exec  command' checking if the
user is root else stop with an error message.

need help fully confused:
I have done changes created rpm also.
Now, problem is sockettest can be run by root only(already told
program related with socket) and in fedora root cant login(GUI) and
click sockettest.desktop
User can see Sockettest Under Applications->System Tools->Sockettest,
but cant execute it.
So, sockttest.desktop has no meaning.
I have add the rpm binary files
What to do on this kindly help??
