During the past FAmSCo meeting we take the decision to not proceed
with the past "not-voluntary" spam messages, due to the clear mistake
done by their senders.

Moreover, I want to repeat myself and ask everyone to pay attention
when you use Mass mails services that could cause confusion in the
List and make it less usable.
