[Marketing] NEW MEETING TIME - Weekly on Tuesdays, 13:00 UTC

Hello all,

Based on the responses received over the past few weeks and discussions 
for deciding on a new meeting time, the Marketing team will now begin 
meeting at the following time:

This converts to…
* 6am US Pacific Daylight Time (sorry)
* 9am US Eastern Daylight Time
* 2pm British Summer Time / Western European Summer Time
* 3pm Central European Summer Time
* 6:30pm India Standard Time
* 9pm Australian Western Standard Time
* 11pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (sorry)

Hopefully with this new meeting time, some of you who have found it 
difficult to attend the meetings before will be able to attend at the 
new time. This takes effect immediately, starting this upcoming Tuesday. 
Fedocal has been updated to reflect this.
