[Ambassadors] Re: EMEA - Important information regarding reimbursements

Hello everyone,



Friendly reminder: If you are planning to request money from the EMEA
budget, it's important to open your ticket in the EMEA trac and get
approval before Friday, January 20, 2017 (regarding expenses or events
that will be completed *before *28 of February). If you request money
after January 20, I can not guarantee that you will get funding.


Approved funding requests regarding events between January 20 and
February 28 (like DevConf and FOSDEM) must be reimbursed before February
28, _as soon as the event is over_ (so please upload your receipts as
soon as you have them). In that case, assign your ticket directly to
Brian Exelbierd for reimbursement.
