In Fedora Project you set the limits. Distinction between the two does
not make sense for me. So increment that one.

Maybe it can. No one's asking to hire _all_ the applicants. Just hire
the best. That would increase competition (in a good way) and
encourage others to come up.

Not in India. I know better (First Year IT Mumbai University)

1. So you are basically agreeing with me.
2. Fedora is a Red Hat sponsored project, run by the community.
In other words, Fedora Ambassadors has nothing to do with Red Hat. It is
something we (Fedora Project) came up with. And also, they do have
internships, at least I know they do in the US.
Probably call it something else in the UK.
3. You are a first year student. I do not mean offence, but I doubt that
makes you qualified to make such a statement. Employers usually hire
graduates, not students ! Only exception I know is Germany, as studying
there is way more flexible, allowing students to work while, they are
committed to their studies. And at least here in the UK, many students
believe employers will throw a job at you, just because you have a
degree. This is not the case, never has been and never will be. IT
companies look for knowledge and experience (practical), sure, I know
nothing about India, but for the most part the world works that way, if
demand outstrips supply, then you cant expect everyone to find work,
which is another reason for you as ambassadors to be committed to Fedora
(linux), learn how to fix problems and gain an understanding of how GNU
Linux works.
That is also, why we expect you as ambassadors to do just that, see
point "Become an expert at Fedora" on the Fedora ambassadors Join page.

Tristan
