[Ambassadors] Timeline and need idea for the Evaluation of Release Party Dinner Award - APAC
Dear APAC FAms,
In the last FAmSCo meeting we have decided to conclude release party
dinner award with in 3 weeks from now.
Therefore please be kind enough to attach reports (with photos) to the
ticket you used to get the funds so that it can be refereed.
Further I would like to know your ideas on how to evaluate those,
please use the ticket #70 to note your ideas and will take a final
decision on next bi weekly meeting.
Timeline is as follow
March 19 - Mach 30 till the meeting - Collecting ideas on how to
evaluate and who?
March 30 - Bi Weekly meeting - Finalize the evaluation process, how and who?
March 31 - Submit reports by either attaching them to tickets or
posting to the ML
April 1 to April 6 - Evaluation
April 8 - Announce the winner
Please give us your fullest support to get this concluded with in the
time frame.
make sure your report described what has happened in the release party
and why it is special, use photos as well.
