i have been in contact with jonathan nadeau the organizer, and supposedly,
this year the event will draw a much larger crowd
although being skeptical by nature, and because the last 3 events were not
crowded at all, i do not want to lose the venue, but also realize our
expectations should be marginalized according to the real numbers in the
past
i'll still give talks and show up both days, i just won't order a bunch of
supplies
let me see whats in the event box and then we can plan better and discuss
during the next meeting
the students will be on break and probably not be on campus and if jonathan
does not get early advertising, we will be fortunate to have 250 people
pass through
thanks for the help folks
