[Ambassadors] How to make sure you get reimbursed
Hello, all! For those of you who have been very patient the last few weeks, thank you. We
had Flock and both FUDCons all happening at roughly the same time, at least financially
speaking, and it's been a challenge! So thank you again for your patience.
Having done reimbursements pretty much constantly for the last two months, I wanted to
remind everyone of the reimbursements information page:

It doesn't hurt to give that another read once in a while. Most notably, here are the
things that have caused the most delays for people:
- Not giving me your Paypal address. I can't send money if I don't know where to
send it. And just because I reimbursed you for something six months ago doesn't mean I
remember the address. :-)
- Not uploading receipts to the trac ticket.
- Not using PDF format for receipts. I /can/ convert files, but when I'm doing ten or
twenty reimbursements at once, I assure you I'm doing the ones I don't have to
hunt for and convert first!
Finally, if there is anyone who is still waiting for a FUDCON reimbursement, and your trac
ticket hasn't been updated with why, or if there is a Flock reimbursement you
haven't received, please let me know off-list.
