I sent an email few days ago with an explicit ban to every mass mail service sent to a public list (Fedora Ambassadors List).
Now, I have to discuss about this specific case with the other FAmSCo members.
If, and that's true, the previous same situation was forgiven, now it's strange that after less than a week the same situation happened.
We can't accept a spam list, and I and all List administrators have to guarantee all the readers.
BTW, if you use a web service that allow to send mass mails, please pay attention not to include list adresses or it will cause such "bad" situation, that now aren't acceptable.
Sorry, but we have to make this statment clear (I will create a specific thread about this issue after FAmSCo will decide about this case).
Regards
Francesco Ugolini

Thank you, Francesco. I would also suggest two simple rules for self-moderation:
1) when someone writes an introduction to the list, it's obvious that we all are happy to have a new Ambassador; please send congratulations and greetings to the private address of the sender, not to the list;
2) please avoid writing in languages different from English.
The ambassadors and marketing lists are already rather hi-traffic, let's try to keep exchanges at an useful level (I am often forced to mark tens of messages as read because I can't find the time to read them all).
Thanks to all for your cooperation.

Somewhere in the wiki there is a page with all the communications rules (in ambassador section too).
Sometimes people forget those one, and I can assure I and the other moderators are keeping attention to this issue.
For the second issue, it's true and i've asked people to write in their own language (except the last mail).
