Granted we may never have a 100% agreed time...however, Logic/"logical"
is very relative Pierros...I suggest you refrain from using "logical" in
the context of this discussion. A certain hour or day might not make
sense to you(subjective reasoning), but to the 41 African ambassadors it
does(objective reasoning)...
Let the Africans decide what suggestion(s) is||are appropriate..please...
I have already gotten mails from some African Ambassadors...soon we will
make our decision known to the list...
