Is the goal for this event to have a chance for existing Fedora
Contributors to get work done together (mini-Flock/FAD), or is it
about promoting Fedora to new users/potential contributors
(ubucon)? While it's possible to do both, that almost always
backfires, and leaves both groups dissatisfied, so I would suggest
we choose one.
+1 Personally, I suggest that we focus this event on gaining new
contributors and users.
I'm not sure about this, but I'm pretty sure that
the people in FOSDEM
seemed already busy for other projects and the profile seems too
technical to use this kind of event as "user promotion".
In that case, a mini-Flock is more relevant. But someone like Tom could
explain the profile of visitor on the Fedora stand to make the good choice?
