Just be sure to always run '#meetingname apac' at the beginning of a
meeting, and once this is merged in and pushed, all future meetings will
appear under the Meetbot teams page.

Again, just to emphasize (this might be helpful to document somewhere in
APAC meeting guidelines), your meetings will **only** show up here if
you use…
#meetingname apac
…during the IRC meeting. You can do "#startmeeting APAC Fedora
Ambassadors" or anything you like to start the meeting (that's like the
"friendly" human-readable name, does not have to be consistent). But the
#meetingname is like the "internal" name that Meetbot uses to sort and
categorize meetings. So just make sure to run this once during the
meeting so they all get grouped together accordingly. :)
