Just to attack this one area -- because there's currently not a good
user-accessible delete function (for many good reasons), here's how to
do this:

1.  Use the "What links here" link on the navigation menu to find an
correct any links.
2.  Put the following wiki template code at the top of the outdated
page:
       {{old}}
