[FAmSCo] FAmSCo meeting minutes 2017-08-09

Hi all,
we had another FAmSCo meeting today, although we didn't reach the quorum,
because only 3 out of 7 members attended. We discussed the new mentors for
LATAM and the proposal to split the treasurer and the CC card holder role.
