this evening, turning on my pc, it stuck on fedora logo... I reset it, and at startup the window borders are missing.
I use fedora 16 64 bit.
Thanks for your help.

Can you set the window manager style (window borders) in Settings>Window Manager ?

Probably the window manager xfwm4 has crashed and since you saved the session afterwards, it's not restarted the next time you log in.
Press ALT+F2 and then type "xfwm4". The window boarders should appear again and you can save your session when you log out.
Kind regards, Christoph
