Lets start again - "Application Menu" button WITHOUT an icon

Dear All

In XFCE4 there is a button by pressing on it one can access to application list, that
button called 
"Application Menu"
It has the icon like blue cross with mouse.

So the question is - how to remove this icon and replace it with title.
Please be attentive - remove that icon, not to change it. I do not want to have any icon
on that button.
