I installed Fedora 34, the KDE spin on a Levovo P73. If I go to "System

the pulldown there are no other screen resolutions, only the 1920x1080
Hello,
On my travels through
bugs.kde.org I did come across [1] (I also came across
another instance but forgot to note the bug number), so it seems it has been
reported. For myself, using a laptop and a docking station with an external
monitor, the system settings shows only one resolution for the laptop screen,
but several resolutions for the external monitor.
