Applications launched from qdbus are unthemed bug in Fedora 31

Hi, can someone take a look at this bug?

Applications such as dolphin or spectacle launched from qdbus such as 
from a flatpak application (open with) are unthemed (use the kde default 
style). This started happening after an upgrade to Fedora 31.
