Looks like that was put in, almost a year ago, by Tuju. I think it is referring to the way many admins/developers have of only having terminals open, pretty much blocking all the nice graphics. Looking at my desktop, I believe the gui editors (atom, nedit, mousepad) outnumber my terminals right now. I'll take the liberty of removing it, I don't see any positive value in keeping that phrase.
