Intentional... per upstream defaults.
We don't explicitly set that, it is the upstream default that mysql support
is not enabled.
We could consider enabling it, but I'd like to find out first from upstream
why it is disabled by default. There may be some good reasons.

After upgrading to digikam-5.0.0-1.fc24.x86_64, the MySQL/MariaDB support
works again. Thanks Rex for getting that update out so quick. -A
