KDE 4.6.90

A nice Canada Day/Fête du Canada surprise!

After a bit of fiddling, due to the missing PyKDE4, I got 4.6.90 
installed. I will look around. 'needs-restarting' does not report 
anything, but I probably should log out and back in to assess its 
usability.

I forgot, this is a release candidate, not an alpha.

I haven't discovered anything new, yet, but it is all working excellently.

Clearly the coffee did not had an effect yet. :-)

$ yum provides libkdcraw.so*
....
7:kdegraphics-libs-4.6.90-1.fc15.x86_64 : Runtime libraries for kdegraphics
Repo        : kde-unstable
Matched from:
Other       : libkdcraw.so.20()(64bit)

So I take that back it is due to the kde update. :-)

Actually, you were right the first time. The new kdegraphics-libs provides 
libkdcraw.so.20, whereas your koffice-krita requires libkdcraw.so.9. It 
needs a rebuild against the new library ABI.

As for the other issue, this is due to kdebindings not being built yet.

I had to uninstall koffice-krita and I was not able to get kdeartwork*, 
kdeworkspace*, ksysguardd or plasma-scriptengine-python. Also, there are no 
kdegames or kdeaccessibility yet. Nevertheless, the bulk of it is there... and 
working fine.

When it's ready?  kdebindings continue to be worked-on, unfortunately 
progress has been a little slower than expected.

All clear. Was wondering, since usually it all appears at once, with 
kdebindings typically being 1 day in retard.

good news!

PyKDE4-4.6.90 has, at least, now hit kde-unstable too.  other bindings 
will hopefully trickle in over the next few days.

Yes!

I am already examining my favourite applications to see it I can find 
any new features :-)
