Yes. Differences between f15 kde47 and kde-unstable repos:
kde47: tracks *only* kde-4.7.x and it's dependencies
kde-unstable: tracks rawhide/f16 kde development, includes stuff over and above kde47
repo, including qt-4.8/qtwebkit, calligra, at the moment.
