Upstream unfortunately enables that "feature" by default. IMHO, we should
disable that silliness in kde-settings. Active screen edges just suck.
There are many silly upstream defaults as well as Fedora ones.
If you want to fix them all, you have my support. I have a candidate
for fixing. You know which one :)
