kdebase-workspace-4.2.3-3, works for me

I can confirm that the latest change to kdebase-workspace,

* Thu May 14 2009 Kevin Kofler ... - 4.2.3-3
- check for network availability through Solid/NM in the weather dataengine

works as advertised.  Thanks Kevin.

Well, most of the work was done upstream by Aaron Seigo, I just did the
backport to 4.2.
