I realise this is too late for the OP but for all but the most
demanding graphics an internal GPU is still a good option.
In fact, consider upgrading to a Ryzen 5700G, it's socket compatible,
uses *less* power, should cost very little, and has integrated Radeon
graphics.
The end result should even save you on your electricity bill.
