Sure, that's the place, but why would he need one? Remember he didn't
choose to make one, he seems to have been told by kmail that he needs to
make one, and that I've never seen.

Okay. I see a difference between the amount of options in the menu-item Forward
(Message -> Forward) - only shows the option "With Custom Template" - and the
button Forward, which lists "As Attachment", "Inline",
"Redirect" and "With
Custom Template". Why is this different?
