Dear translatians

7.5 years ago I took over the German team from "fab". Now "fab" will
take over again, at least "ad interim", as I will no longer contribute
to Fedora. It was a great time to be here!

For the time being, I will try to take of the administrative task around
the German L10n team.

If you want to be more involved then it's the time to step up as we are
still looking for a new coordinator.
